New Warehouse Procedures for Will-Call Orders at Mussun Sales

Articles COVID

In accordance with Executive Orders as issued by Governor Mike DeWine March 22, 2020.

Mussun Sales will remain open as part of defined Essential Infrastructure.

In doing so we must adhere to Ohio Dept. of Health guidelines which clearly states distancing between persons and other valid virus concerns for the protection of our employees and you as our valued customers.

As typical of most material suppliers in Ohio:

Our warehouse is open for business but with some small changes:

Customers will be allowed to pick up orders at the dock but no one will be allowed at the counter or inside the building.  Signs will be posted as such.

Upon reaching the Mussun parking lot, or when in route to Mussun, please call 216-431-5088 and ask for the warehouse.  Please indicate what you are here to pick up as well as your phone number.

Remain in your vehicle or in the parking lot upon reaching Mussun.

Your order will be pulled and placed on the dock and you will be called.  You will be asked to load your own material and there will be no ticket to sign.  Simply load and go.  We will provide assistance loading larger material as necessary, but customers are not allowed to enter the buildings.

The counter will be closed and we will not be accepting walk-in orders at the dock.  Please contact your salesman instead and place the order with them via phone or email.

Our inbound shipments from various factories will continue as usual.  We are well stocked to fill your orders, but please be prompt and respectful if you plan on picking up orders within a certain time frame.

In addition, we will suspend all returns of products until April 30.

For now our warehouse hours remain the same: 7:30 to 5:00 M-F.

Again, no one is allowed inside the building.  We appreciate your adherence to this temporary policy.

Our Sales Staff is working split shifts to remain available for customers and our Accounting Department is alternating every other day to stay on top of procedures. Thank you for your patience and adherence to these guidelines.  It’s business as usual with some small changes on the way we interact for now.  We’re all in this together and things will improve quickly if we adhere to ODH Guidelines.
